Once registered
* You will be able to request an EHCP assessment on a form directly on the portal.
* You will receive an e-mail if you are required to provide advice or reports to support an EHCP assessment for the children and young people that you work with.
* You will be able to submit the advice/reports via the portal.
* You will be able to see other information submitted by professionals/parents involved with the EHCP assessment.
Really Important Information
All Portal registered users and especially SENCOS will be aware that all information that is submitted with the EHC process will be shared via the portal with parents /carers and other professionals involved with the child.
We try to manage the information coming into the portal to prevent anything sensitive from being shared inappropriately, for example information about other siblings and may send the request back to you if we feel this is the case.
However, if you have consent to share information and feel that the information is relevant to the EHC planning and assessment process, please make this clear on the documentation and when you submit the request and it will be shared.
